KPfitness is Katie Pierre.

KPfitness is Katie Pierre. I am a personal trainer with a wide variety of skills and knowledge who specializes in strength training & female fitness.

My mission is to bring freedom to the fitness space, by allowing people to be authentically themselves as they achieve their desired fitness goals!

Exercising shouldn’t feel like a burden - I’m here to give you the tools to become your strongest and healthiest self, all while having some fun!

Fitness is not a linear process, I believe with my expertise and your committment  to the process, your strongest self is right around the corner.

I grew up in Indiana and my midwest values follow me into the gym. I am married to my college sweetheart and have a golden retriever named Mango who is my literal child. I’m a big foodie - I love trying new restaurants. I love spending time with friends and family and if I’m not on a beach, I’m always trying to find a way to get to one ASAP. I love traveling and learning new things.

my fitness journey…

I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in 2002. Doctors  told me I would be very limited academically and physically for the rest of my life. After years of doctors appointments and medication, I decided to change my lifestyle. In 2017 I started my journey of healing myself with food and exercise, I changed my diet and started weight lifting. Not only could I lift the weight, but I felt so good doing it! It was truly medicine for my body. Fast forward 6 years later, and my body is the healthiest it’s ever been.
